TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Frauen has announced a new partnership with the multi-sport data company StatsBomb, which will serve as the club’s analytics provider.
The agreement will see the Frauen-Bundesliga side capitalise on StatsBomb's offer of free access to its IQ platform for teams competing in the top women's leagues. The club will have access to cutting-edge analytics and data from the domestic league to support its recruitment and analysis workflows.
The IQ access will also enable TSG 1899 Hoffenheim Frauen to evaluate key aspects of performance, including team positioning, defensive pressures, shot maps and more. The addition of Statsbomb's analytics platform will also strengthen the club's ability to uncover detailed player and team insights.
