The Czech Republic National Team have signed up to utilise StatsBomb’s contextual event data, IQ analytics platform and its Live data during the upcoming European championships in Germany.
This partnership marks a significant step forward in the team's commitment to leveraging cutting-edge and data-driven insights to enhance its competitive edge. StatsBomb's data products will empower the Czech Republic's analysts with detailed performance metrics and tactical insights for pre-game and post-match reporting.
The live data will enable the Czech Republic to get actionable information in real-time and create customisable visualisations to analyse the metrics that matter most to the team. The valuable data will provide quick feedback on players' performances and extract essential insights from live events, empowering the team’s staff to make informed, in-match adjustments and optimise team strategies during matches.
As part of the agreement, the national side will also have access to the StatsBomb IQ platform, allowing them to visualise key aspects of performance, including pass networks, shot maps and defensive pressure maps.
