New Location: We're bringing the action to the iconic Old Trafford Stadium, home of Manchester United Football Club.
Lower Student Prices: We understand the importance of fostering the next generation of talent in sports analytics. That's why we've lowered student prices to £99 (+VAT) to make it more accessible for students to participate and learn from the best in the field.

Date: Friday 11th October, 2024
Venue: Old Trafford Stadium
Tickets: Earlybird tickets are available at a special rate until April 30th, after which prices will increase to £399 (+VAT & fees). Student tickets are available for £99 (+VAT & fees) and student ID is required to verify tickets.

Main Stage
Over the past five years, the StatsBomb Conference has welcomed a range of guest speakers from renowned sports clubs worldwide. These professionals have discussed the cultivation of analytics within their organisations and offered valuable perspectives on the future direction of the industry.
In 2023, we were treated to talks by Tom Gardner (FIFA's Head of Football Performance Insights), Luke Bornn (Chief Scientist and Co-Founder of Zelus Analytics), and Alison Lukan (On-Air Analyst for the Seattle Kraken) amongst many others.
Research Track
Each year we run the StatsBomb Conference Research Paper competition. The Research Track stage showcases the innovative research projects from the winning groups and individuals. All this research is performed on StatsBomb Event and 360 Data.
Last year, the papers covered the theme of Identifying Team Tactical Style of Play and can be accessed here.
