StatsBomb and Canada Soccer have renewed the service agreement which sees the governing body utilise StatsBomb’s data and analytical services.
As part of the renewed relationship, Canada Soccer will gain access to IQ Live, our matchday analytics platform that packages live StatsBomb data into digestible and insightful visualisations and tables. Canada Soccer will be able to leverage the benefits of the platform, enhancing the technical teams’ ability to visualise pre-game insights and post-match analysis.
Continued access to StatsBomb's contextual event data will also enable Canada Soccer’s National Team programs to generate detailed insights from thousands of match events across 120+ competitions worldwide.
The StatsBomb platform features unique metrics, including Player Positioning On Shots, Pass Height, Pressures by Team and Player and Shot Impact Height.
